David J. Gerard
David Gerard is a lawyer and the founder of Gerard Law Firm. He has been representing clients in the NY area since 2007. David utilizes his 10+ years of legal experience to provide quality representation in a diverse range of areas including real estate, intellectual property and business/start-up support.
Dave assists clients in connection with matters such as commercial and residential real estate purchases and sales, condo/co-op conversion, contracts and negotiations, company formation, music publishing rights administration, landlord-tenant disputes, trust and estates matters, collection matters and both state and Federal litigation scenarios. He represents clients in a wide variety of industries including music, visual and fine arts, real estate, restaurants and other factions of the hospitality/service industry.

In addition to being a passionate lawyer, David Gerard is a lifelong New Yorker, a dedicated husband, and a devoted father to two wonderful children and three dogs. He is also known among his friends and loved-ones as an avid fisherman, amateur boxer and unrepentant rock musician.
