I brought in Gerard Law Firm to represent me on what was supposed to be a basic refinance. I had all the paperwork filled out – how hard could it be? Well, as it ends up, things quickly went south with lost documents, non-responsive attorneys and missing pieces of the puzzle. This is where Dave earned his keep. He methodically and efficiently fixed each and every problem and got me to the closing table. He was extremely knowledgeable and a great problem solver. There wasn’t a curve ball he couldn’t hit.
